Our Mission:

These sessions provide a safe space for employees to express their feelings and receive personalized support and guidance.

2. *Mental Health Workshops and Training:* Our Mental Health Nurse conducts workshops and training sessions for employees to raise awareness about mental health issues, promote self-care strategies, and provide practical tips for managing stress and maintaining well-being.

3. *Crisis Intervention and Support:* In times of crisis or emergency, our Mental Health Nurse is available to provide immediate support and intervention to employees, offering guidance on coping strategies and connecting them with additional resources as needed.

4. *Referral Services:* Our Mental Health Nurse can assist employees in accessing external mental health resources and services, such as therapy, support groups, or psychiatric care, based on their individual needs and preferences.

5. *Stigma Reduction Campaigns:* Our Employee Assistive Program includes initiatives to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace, promoting open dialogue and understanding among employees and encouraging a culture of empathy and support.

6. *Follow-Up and Monitoring:* Our Mental Health Nurse provides ongoing follow-up and monitoring to employees who have utilized the Employee Assistive Program, ensuring that they receive continued support and assistance as they navigate their mental health journey.

7. *Collaboration with Management:* Our Mental Health Nurse collaborates with management and HR personnel to identify and address systemic issues that may impact employee mental health, advocating for policies and practices that promote a psychologically safe and supportive work environment.
